Founded in 2016 by Chloé Lacasse (keyboards, guitar, vocals), Geneviève Toupin (guitar, keyboards, accordion, vocals), and Vincent Carré (drums, percussion), CHANCES draws on its Francophone, Anglophone, and blended roots to shape a truly distinctive musical identity.
